This scoping review examined 17 interventions for reducing road traffic accidents (RTAs) among young adults. It provides evidence that RTAs can be reduced among young adults and novice drivers using a wide range of simple interventions ranging from simulators and training to incentives.
The most accessible intervention to replicate in this review was the Green Light for Life program. This program utilises parents as influencers, as they have been identified as key factors affecting young driver's behaviour to reduce crash rates.
